Hello, 

I am Bela, your wellness instructor for well balanced Yoga & Pilates practices.


I love travelling and in the last 20 years I leaved in 4 different continents and experienced contrasting cultures along the way. I was trained by some of the best teachers of body works around the globe and feel honoured to be able to share the tools I have acquired.  

 

As a result of these experiences, I learnt about practices that nourished both, my  mind and body in congruence, enabling me to achieve much more than I ever imaged possible through movement and self practices.

Join me so that I can share these tools with you and begin your own journey of self discovery and improvement.
